What is the difference between synthetic eyelashes and mink eyelashes?
Mink lashes are better quality than synthetic lashes. mink is natural fur and therefore the mink eyelashes give of a beautiful shine. Mink eyelashes are also very lightweight, making them flexible and easy to apply.
2. Are Luxie Lashes stackable?
Yes. Luxie lashes are lightweight, meaning it is easy to stack them on the eye without them feeling heavy or losing shape. however, we would recommend not to wear more than 2 pairs at one time.
3. Is eyelash glue included with my purchase?
The answer to this question is no. The price is for one pair of Luxie Lashes.
4. How should I store my Luxie Lashes?
We recommend storing Luxie Lashes in their original packaging. this will help to ensure the eyelashes stay in shape, and therefore can be worn time and time again.
5. What is the best Eyelash glue to use on Luxie Lashes?
Duo striplash glue is the most suitable eyelash glue to use when applying Luxie Lashes. This is because DUO striplash glue is a clear, waterproof adhesive that dries quickly and allows for long lasting lashes. DUO glue is also not damaging to the eyelashes, meaning they will last longer. DUO striplash glue can be ppurchased from all drugstores.
6. What is your exchange and returns policy?
Luxie Lashes do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final, however, we are very willing to deal with any customer enquires.
7. Can I apply mascara over my Luxie Lashes?
Yes. However, apply mascara can cause the lashes ot to last as long. Mascara hardens the lashes and can take away the natural shine the eyelashes have. please be aware of this if you choose to apply mascara.
8. How do I trim my Luxie Lashes?
Luxie Lashes are made to a standard eye length to ensure that they are wearable for each individual. Therefore, some customers may find that the lashes are too long for their eyes. This is no problem! Luxie Lashes can be trimmed with scissors from the outer corners in. DO NOT trim Luxie Lashes from the inner corner, this changes the length of the hair at the front of the lashes, causing the eyelashes to look unnatural.
